Kappa Phi Structure Kappa Phi is a national organization, incorporated in the state of Kansas as a non-profit organization. At the National level, there is an elected National Executive Board, as well as several appointed national officers. The members of the National Executive Board are alumnae of the organization who are elected at the National Council of Chapters to carry out the work of the club. On a regional level, Kappa Phi is divided into three Korai: Alpha, Gamma, and Zeta (from west to east on the map below). Each Kora has an elected Kora Board, and meets for business once every two years, and on other occasions for programming and fellowship among the chapters in the Kora.
On a local level, Kappa Phi chapters currently exist on 22 college campuses around the country. Each chapter has an executive board. Certain officers are required on the executive board, but many chapters add additional officers to meet the needs of their chapter. Also on a local level, there are 21 alumnae chapters in cities across the country. These women have been members of Kappa Phi chapters, and have chosen to remain an active part of the organization after graduation. Their meetings and events are similar to an active chapter, but center around the needs of women in the church, home, and workplace
